Experience
What people say...
“I had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Christmann on multiple complicated facility projects over the last decade. She brought many strengths to each and every project. She has an amazing ability to see the big picture while also understanding and paying attention to small details of both design and operations. She always comes prepared to every planning meeting. While she doesn’t waste time, she is a creative thinker who works with the broader team to overcome obstacles. She exhibits great leadership skills and is decisive when necessary. At the same time, she is open to ideas and suggestions from others and knows how to keep the team engaged."
-Marc Randall, MD, Chair Radiation Medicine University of KY HealthCare
"I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer on the design, build out and move to our new eye clinic. She is intelligent, hardworking, creative and attentive to detail. The work was accomplished according to plan and on time, all our needs were met in a timely fashion and the result of the project exceeded my expectations. Obstacles that were encountered were met with insightful and creative solutions. Perhaps my biggest endorsement of her work would be that when all was said and done, and having “lived” in the space for several years, there is really nothing that I would change."
-Andrew Pearson, Professor and Chair Ophthalmology University of KY HealthCare
"Jennifer did an outstanding job in facility planning in conjunction with the team in the implementation of Pavilion A for UK HealthCare. I can confidently say that I didn’t worry about the work she was responsible for as it was always thoughtfully and efficiently completed as developed and regularly exceeded expectations. "
-Michael Karpf, MD, Retired Executive VP Healthcare Affairs, University of KY HealthCare
"I have had the pleasure of working alongside Ms. Christmann for the past nine years in a volunteer capacity with a small medical-mission-focused non-profit organization in Lexington, Kentucky. She has served as board president for six years, and is currently the Operations Manager for a team of 140+ volunteers on our annual surgical mission to Guatemala. I rely on Ms. Christmann for her leadership skills and her ability to multitask the many issues that arise on site in Guatemala, both with our volunteers and with the Guatemalan people. I appreciate her remarkable ability to analyze a problem or issue and problem-solve a solution. Her personality blends perfectly with the many occupational backgrounds and temperaments we encounter on the team, whether it be vendors, health care professionals, or hospital administration staff. She is a tremendous asset to our group and gives 110% to ensure the mission is a success."
-Rosemary Vance, JD, Executive Director, Children of the Americas
"I had the good fortune to work with Jennifer as a representative of Shriners Hospitals for Children when the local hospital was building a new facility on the UKHC campus. Jennifer successfully served as the liaison between Shriners and UKHC while being an integral member of the combined construction team. She is personable and held her own with all of us throughout the project providing a fresh creative perspective to the team. Her notable thoroughness and dedication allowed her to successfully manage the variety of personalities and interests represented between the two organizations in order to achieve successful outcomes for everyone. On more than one occasion, I told her boss that if I had a chance I would hire her away.
- Jeff Sowder, Shriner's Hospitals for Children
